Sentia maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data. This page provides a public overview; additional diligence material is available to customers through our security review process.
Data protection
We use encryption in transit and at rest, logical workspace separation, access controls, and managed infrastructure safeguards. Our Data Processing Addendum describes our contractual data protection commitments, and our Subprocessors page identifies service providers that may process customer data.
Security program
Our security program covers access management, secure development, vulnerability management, service monitoring, incident response, and business continuity. Controls are reviewed as the platform and risk environment evolve.
Report a concern
Send suspected security issues to hello@sentialabs.ai. Include a concise description, affected surface, reproduction steps, and impact. Do not include customer data or secrets in the initial report.
